The Hand Held BD manager  will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and business partners  and driving business growth at global level. He/She will collaborate with internal teams to understand the company’s offerings and align strategies to target key markets and products.

•	Opportunity identification. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.

•	Client relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and business partners , ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.

•	Strategic planning. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.

•	Market research. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of hand held ultrasound  industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.

•	Sales strategy. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.

•	Partnership development. Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies and clinical institutes  to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.

•	Reporting and analysis. Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

•	Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

•	Proven experience as a business development manager/channel manager  or in a similar role.

•	Strong understanding of ultrasound market dynamics possible in both human and veterinary , business strategy, and client relationship management within ultrasound (hand held is a plus)

•	Experience and knowledge of Ultrasound Business Partners within Veterinary market

•	Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

•	Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.

•	3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

•	Proficiency in CRM software, market analysis tools, and business development platforms.
