To monitor compliance, since October 2023, we implement a self-assessment and self-audit process for our suppliers. Suppliers and vendors must complete and submit a self-assessment questionnaire annually, detailing their efforts to combat modern slavery and preventing conflict minerals extraction and their compliance with relevant laws and self-certify their commitment to corporate responsibility, ethical procurement, and trade practices.

We reserve the right to audit our suppliers' operations, premises, and those of their subcontractors to ensure compliance with our standards and policies regarding previous topics. Supersonic Imagine can conduct unscheduled audits, review documentation and records related to labor practices or interview workers and management. 

By accepting our purchase orders, or contract, Supersonic Imagine ensures that suppliers acknowledge and agree to comply with the requirements outlined here.
